I Burnt A Plastic Egg Turner Whilst Frying An Egg.

I burnt a plastic egg turner whilst frying an egg. I did not realise it was the plastic turner that was burnt until after consuming a few bites of the egg. The egg both smelled and tasted like the burnt plastic. The frying pan smoked badly when I placed it in warm water. The small of burnt plastic has dissipated after around 2.5 hours by shutting the kitchen door and opening the windows.

Are there any adverse effects (short and long term) from eating the egg which was in contact with the burnt plastic?
