I Burnt My Back About A Month Ago Using A

I burnt my back about a month ago using a heating pad.... the burn was about the size of a quarter, full thickness. It healed without problems. Now I have this severe burning/aching type pain in the same area as the burn was, which was over my scapula next to my spine (T5 and T6 area ) . I had a very small rash break out under my bandaid that kinda itched a little, I thought it was because of the adhesive from the bandaid. Now Im questioning, could I have possible had a small outbreak of Shingles in that area that's causing this awful, untolerable pain that's localized in that exact area. Pain comes on about 6pm every night
