I Busted My Foot Up While Moving On The Bottom

I busted my foot up while moving on the bottom of a bolted table. I did see a physican and was referred to a specialist. I waited about 2wks till I saw the physican, but seems like I am limping while walking and I have pain coming from the bottom of my foot. Seems like the xray shows a intraarticular fracture on my small toe and have chronic plantar fasciitis. My pain seems to never go away, what do I do?
