I Busted My Lip At Work At First It Swelled

I busted my lip at work at first it swelled up and then it scabed over but it won't heal and when I wake up in the morning it seems like there's pus built up under the scab. It hurts really bad, I put triple antibiotic cream on it today. Will that heal it.
