I Came Down With A Bad Cold...have Since Gotten Better

I came down with a bad cold...have since gotten better but have had pain in the calves of my legs for past 3 days. Today it was better during day but after sitting at auction for two hours and coming home and putting feet up for one hour they starting aching again. I am a diabetic that takes Januvia and Invokana...Any ideas?
