I Came Down With Vertigo About Three Days Ago I

I came down with vertigo about three days ago I have pressure at my temples and pain in the back of my neck I had many test as I have had this for years They I was suffering vestibular. This time I felt worst than I have ever had it with nausea stomach I couldn't get into the doctor was book I am looking for a doctor on hand I am not sure what to take.
