I Came Home From Mexico With Stomach Cramps, Chills, Body

I came home from Mexico with stomach cramps, chills, body aches, gas and bloating, but no real diarrhea. After 5 days those symptoms are subsiding, but I am developing a minor rash on my chest and back and also a minor dry cough. This is very concerning, do you have ideas for me?? I'm going crazy googing everything from typhoid fever and on!
