I Came Off My Period Saturday Evenin And Started Spotting

I came off my period Saturday evenin and started spotting or had break through bleeding Monday-Wednesday and have had both pink, orange/pink and red blood which I've never had before. What could it be? And I'm not on birth control and haven't had intercourse since the weekend with my husband
