I Came Off The Depo Shot About 5 Months Ago

I came off the depo shot about 5 months ago I had a very lite period Last month I got it last Monday and still have it heavy at times then light and heavy back and forth. I am having terrible pains in the mid and lower abdomin and feel like my insides are going to fall out when I stand and walk I bend over its instant vomiting. I'm constantly nauseous and headaches very cold feverish get cold sweats. I never felt this way before. What's the matter with me
