I Came Off The Needle At The End Of October

I came off the needle at the end of October it took a month to get my period witch is normal. But this time is was 5 days late it lasted for 2 days then came back 2 days later. Ever since i have had my period for 11 days it has been bright red and heavy at time. I just feel like something isnt right. Should i worry about it or just leave it
