I Came On My Period On Time And Went Off

I came on my period on time and went off on time but I didn't have a brown discharge but when I went off my stomach really hurts really bad so I took 4 pregnancy test because my stomach felt weird so they all came out negative and I don't have pregnancy symptoms could I be pregnant please help me please because my stomach is hurting on the sides and my chest hurts too
