I Can Feel A Lump In My Anus From My

I can feel a lump in my anus from my vaginal wall it is hard and feels uncomfortable when you touch it. I had some bleeding with a bowel movement earlier today. Covered the paper and I could see it in the stool. But now I found this lump it's deep up in there not on the outside or inner ring of the anus can anyone help
