I Can Longer Afford Health Care And Prescriptions. I Know

I can longer afford health care and prescriptions.
I know I need to work a better diet and step up my exercise.
I take some prescribed medication but no longer can afford them or
the cost of a doctors visit just to get prescriptions and the pressured into
blood work at the in house lab..outrageous fees.
I am seeking alternative natural replacements for man made medicine with side issues!
