I Can Pop My Ears At Any Time And Am

I can pop my ears at any time and am suffering from tinitus and dizzyness. Would a blocked eustachian tube cause this. If so how do you unblock the tube. The ear also feels full of pressure. Should you be able to pop your ears as and when you wish. No one else in the family can do this. Thanks
