I can walk just a short distance and I'm give out.I'm 64 diabetic, one thyroid medication they just lowered my dose about a month ago.Had big Gallbladder surgery a couple months ago.Had 4 fusions in my back about 5 years ago left my legs weak. I know walking would do me good it's just hard.
