I Can Write Well, Have An Extensive Vocabulary, But I

I can write well, have an extensive vocabulary, but I am forgetting words when I speak and hard time processing information when spoken to? And am beginning to stutter my speech and thoughts? My mind gets cluttered. It seems to be getting progressively worse and am afraid I may have a neurological disorder or early Alzheimer's?
