I Cannot Afford To Pay You Because They Put A

I cannot afford to pay you because they put a hold on my account due to a security breach, but I will ask anyway. My husband had surgery about 10 days ago. He had cervical 3,4,5, and 6 fused in his spine. He is home now but I cannot get him to do anything because he falls asleep immediately after I wake him. He is 73 with a history of diabetes, anemia, ankylosing spondylitis, and hbp. I am not sure if I should call the doctor or have him taken to the hospital.
