I Cannot Figure Out Any Drug That Helps With Pins

I cannot figure out any drug that helps with pins and needles pain from a stroke (July 28th). Have tried gabapentin, lyrica and tryleptal. Any ideas? I'm feeling pretty desperate. Also, do you know of anywhere, including out of the country, where they offer brain stem cell therapy for strokes? The US seems to lag behind the rest of the world. Thanks!
