I Cannot Seriously Believe What Just Happened.. I Think I

I cannot seriously believe what just happened.. I think I am asking a health professional a serious, direct question.. and after asking some fairly ridiculous questions.. and apparently NOT paying the least bit attention I was directed to sign up for an answer and pay money to get it? And to think that some desperate people will fall for this? should be criminal.
