I Cannot Tolerate Anything Tight Or Snug On Me. I

I cannot tolerate anything tight or snug on me. I had Achilles' tendon rupture and had surgery. Dr. Put a cast on and I could not tolerate having it on. I began to panic and had to have it taken off. I have a choking feeling in my throat and panic at the feeling of suffocation. What's wrong with me? Is there a cure for my problem?
