I Cannot Wear A Wrist Watch ~ They Stop Working

I cannot wear a wrist watch ~ they stop working within a month... I cannot use the pad on a laptop... it reacts before my fingers even touch it... the same thing happens with the touch screen. I was told it is too much electricity and that less than 1% of humnas in the world have this condition... does this have a name???
