I Cant Breathe Properly. I Have Difficulty In Exhaling And

I cant breathe properly. I have difficulty in exhaling and when I breathe, it's exhausting. I feel a slight numbness in my epigastric area. I have been diagnosed to have gerd, i usually feel bolated and have difficulty in breathing, but now i am not bloated and still cant breathe properly. I have been to a gastroenterologist and he saud that it's nothing. I dont think it's nothing.
