I Can't Drink 48 Ounces Of Any Liquid Within One

I can't drink 48 ounces of any liquid within one hour as is required of bowel prep kit. Scared to death of side effects too. Looking for less dangerous and sickening prep. I have a small stomach and can't t even finish a 16 ounce drink in 1/2 hour. Are th e 're as alternatives?
