I Can't Figure Out What's Going On For A While

I can't figure out what's going on for a while I've been having troubles with shaking all over lightheadedness my sinuses bleeding nausea loss of appetite I do suffer with depression and I just don't know what's going on don't know if I need to go to the doctor or not I really can't afford a doctor I have very little that I can eat because I have no top teeth my sinuses drain continuously blow my nose or anything its bleeding I do have sex once in awhile but mostly the nausea all the time cause me not to want to eat and I have constipation all the time I go to the bathroom my sister two or three hours sweating profusely trying to go to the bathroom is there anything that you could tell me that might help me or something I can buy over the counter that might help me thank you thank you
