I Can't Get Ahold Of My Retinal Dr And I

I can't get ahold of my Retinal Dr and I need to know today... Is the success rate higher of the epiretinal membrane peel if done sooner than later? I also need a vitrectomy. My daughter in law needs to know today if I am in on renting a vacation place in July and I don't want to get the surgery done until after vacation unless it will affect the success rate of the surgery.
