I Can't Maintain I Contact When Speaking With People. But

I can't maintain I contact when speaking with people. But the even bigger problem is that when I'm speaking with women, I involuntarily look at their breasts. No matter how hard I try it happens all the time. It isn't sexual or intentional. It happens without my control and I look away after a split second. It even happens with old woman and family members. I want to stress that it's not sexual or intentional. If it was the solution would be obvious. I want to know if this is a symptom of a mental disorder or some Psychological disorder. I've always felt different than normal people but haven't ever admitted it. But it's getting more obvious as I get older.
