I Can't Remember If I Took My High Blood Pressure

I can't remember if I took my high blood pressure pill this a.m. And now I feel like my head is in a vice and I'm over heated. Hard to say if this is the absence of the medication or if it's my menopausal hot flashes combined with the barometric pressure outside (we had rain and now it's heating up in DC). Advice?
