I Can't Remember If I Took My Tampon Out Earlier

I can't remember if I took my tampon out earlier and put another tampon in. My husband and I checked and can't feel the first tampon. I was able to put another tampon in with no discomfort. Should I be worried that I didn't take out the first tampon?
