I can't sleep due to severe pain. On 4/29/15, I had a facia octomy performed in my left calf and the doctor cleaned up the fraying ligaments, and both meniscus were leaking in my left knee. It is possible that a Bakers Cysts has developed behind my knee. Then yesterday I heard and felt a pop inside my left knee. My PT fears that a 30 yr old ACL surgery may have something to do with this. What can I do about all the pain in my locked up hamstring muscle and tendons? Also, my back muscles are burning, tight and spasming!!!
