I Can't Sleep My Daddy Just Passed Away A Week

I can't sleep my daddy just passed away a week before Christmas I am on clonazepam 2mg a day. I can't sleep I wanted to see if it would help if I take a half if my clonazepam I usually just take it during the day I took Tylenol PM about a hour ago it's not working I can't sleep :(
