I Can't Tell If In Having A Panic Attack That

I can't tell if in having a panic attack that keeps starting and then slowing down and then starting again and I'm scared but I don't want to call 911 to feel stupid. I'm throwing up and my heart is pounding and feel like it's beating funny then it all slows down and I get freezing and then it starts again with in a few minutes
