I Can't Walk On My Foot. There Is A Sharp

I can't walk on my foot. There is a sharp pain in the ball of my foot when I put weight on it. It has been x-rayed and is not broken. It has been in bad shape for 10 days. Too much pressure when I wear a shoe, but I can put some weight on it if my foot is bare.
