I Caught An Infection Yesterday And Couldn’t Swallow And My

I caught an infection yesterday and couldn’t swallow and my throat hurt.I took 2 Cronin which is an Indian parcetomal and also took cold and flu Alka seltzer 3 times since the morning =I don’t see that much of an improvement and would like to take Almox 500.
Should I take it and if so how many 500Mg tablets in 24 hours.
