I Caught The Stomach Flu From My Nephew. Last Night,

I caught the stomach flu from my nephew. Last night, I started to feel much better and was able to get out of bed and move around. This morning I woke up with a burning pain in my stomach. I feel fine laying down but, as soon as I sit or stand up the pain is extremely intense. It feels like a burning sensation below my ribs but above my belly button.
