I Changed Position From My Left Side To My Right

I changed position from my left side to my right in bed and the room spun so bad I became nauseated. It happened a second time before getting up for the day. Later bent forward to wrap a towel around my head and the room spun and I fell on the floor. I went to an urgent care doctor and he performed a fix for BPPV. I didn't show signs at the time so we thought it resolved itself. Later in the evening a bent forward and the room turned upside down just as it had done in the morning and became nauseated again. I'm at a loss what to do next.
