I Chemically Burned My Tongue With Bleach, As A Suicide

I chemically burned my tongue with bleach, as a suicide attempted. I lived, and right now I'm at 13 days without taste, and I've been on a strict liquid diet. Recently tried eating solid foods, and still no taste. Could I have lost my taste buds for good from this?/what would be the best way to help them grow back quicker?
