I Choked On A Chicken Bone , Gagged It Back

I choked on a chicken bone , gagged it back up , but it cut the inside of my throat, I spit up a little blood initially. The bleeding has stopped, I am drinking water, but my throat feels swollen a bit on that side and it hurts a tad to swallow. I can't see anything upon inspection, and I saw the whole home when it came up. Am I ok for tonight, or should I go to this er?
