I Clean Houses And I Cleaned One This Past Weekend.

I clean houses and I cleaned one this past weekend. I also have some history of spinal injuries lower, middle and neck. I have tingling down my arms occasionally and numbness. This happened with painful breathing inhalation in the right side throat area to right side chest and armpit area. My whole arm ached. It has been going on now for three days. Pain medicine does help temporarily. I did notice chewing on ice makes it worse along with my jaw and teeth hurting upon thawing out. I love crushed iced while drinking. what is my problem is it chemical induced or work induced? Maybe it is both. My back hurts in the middle when I breathe.
