I Clean Houses For A Living And Today When I

I clean houses for a living and today when I was finishing up and packing my supplies my mop mole swung from what I had it in and hit me hard in the nose. It didnt bleed and I can still breathe. I just feel a lot of pressure and there does seem to be slight swelling and bruising. It happened about 3.5 hrs ago and Ive had a headache and pressure in my head and nose since. Should I be worried?
