I Clean My 21 Months Babys Ear And I Got

I clean my 21 months babys ear and i got slipped inside of his ear he cried a lot but theres no blood coming out, after that he go back ang play but when he fall asleep i tried to check his ear and i can see that the white thing inside the ear has a dry blood on it. I was very worried because hes still a baby, what should i do? Should i consult a doctor? Thankyou in advance
