I Cleaned My Kitchen This Morning With Lysol To Disinfect

I cleaned my kitchen this morning with Lysol to disinfect countertops & handles. Almost immediately I noticed a slight burning feeling in my throat. I quickly left the area to get fresh air. So it's about 6 hours later and my throat still hurts. It's uncomfortable and my chest hurts a little as I breath in and out. Should I be worried? I've been drinking plenty of cool water but nothing seems to help.
