I Cleaned My Right Ear With A Qtip 2 Days

I cleaned my right ear with a qtip 2 days ago and I think I pushed wax deep in my ear. I'm having pain but no bleeding. I have a problem with excessive earwax buildup or I was told this back in 1993. Yesterday I put a cap of peroxide in there for a few minutes but no wax came out. It's 200 am and I can't sleep from the pain. Please help?
