I Cleansed My Left Ear After Shower With Cotton Buds

I cleansed my left ear after shower with cotton buds then i accidentally poked it and get it deeper, when i removed the cotton buds, blood was with it and i felt some pressure in the ear. We observe for about 6 hours and the bleeding wouldn't stop we went to emergency room and the doctor gave me a clindamycin 300mg oral TID for 5 days and polymyxin b sulfate neomycin sulfate dexamethasone 1-2 drops TID for 5 days, after we bought the medication i tried the otic drops at first it felt cools after i applied it pressure decreased. After 2 days of medications the otic drops felt painful every time i use it and my co worker said that it was inflammed, it also felt that it had water inside and i can hear myself talk, there is also ringing inside my ear and i had decrease in hearing, i was about to go to ENT after 5 days
