I Cleared My Ear Which Had A Lot Of Wax...I

I cleared my ear which had a lot of wax...I also had buzzing in the ear since 2 days now...but today after clearing the was I am suddenly hearing a hissing sound also...and my regular buzzing is also on...I'm really worried...also I'm experiencing the hissing sound only if the fan is on.
