I Completely Forgot 5 Days, On Day 3 Fell On

I completely forgot 5 days, on day 3 fell on the floor had a big bump just a little to the huper side of my nose, a big part of my scull I don't feel anymore, had all kinds of test done, they a not found any reason for my loss of memory and behaving like I was drunk, halucinations, I still have problems with consetration, have any idea what could have caused this?
