I Concieved Jan 26-29. I Miscarried And Had A D&c

I concieved jan 26-29. I miscarried and had a d&c march 21. I ovulated on the 1st of this month 4 days later ive experience changes I feel weak shaky I get up to pee in the middle of the night only once but unusual my breast a little tender my stomach feel queasy like butterflies or something and im eating more. Am I just wishful thinking?
