I Constantly Feel Shaky, Dizzy And Sick, I Can Feel

I constantly feel shaky, dizzy and sick, I can feel my heart beat harder at times and I go all sweaty and feel like I'm going to pass out. I need answers, the doctors I see keep saying I'm fine.but I don't feel fine, I know something isn't right. Can you help?
