I Constantly Suffer Have Pins And Needles On My Right

I constantly suffer have pins and needles on my right ankle. I also suffer from pain in my right knee joint but it doesn't cause me to limp, but sometimes I suffer excessive pain in the knee when going upstairs
I have suffered this for about a year, I am 57 years of age what is the cause?
