I Consulted A Sexologist For ED. Doctor Said I Have

I consulted a sexologist for ED. Doctor said I have more blood sugar level and suggested following tablets. Jackjoy and tadalafil tablets for 2 months for ED and for sugar level control Metformin tablets. Do I have to take this tablet for life long or only till My ED improves. Please advise.
