I Continually Feel Like I Have To Urinate But Very

I continually feel like I have to urinate but very little urine comes out. I have been on cipro and macrobid for the period of time I was supposed to take them and they did not cure the symptoms. I also had a culture done before taking the medications and the results were negative. Can you help me>
